Price comparison

Information:

  • Apartment prices are per day excluding tourist tax and excluding final cleaning.

  • Breakfast available for an extra charge and only on request and advance booking: € 15.00 per person per day.

  • Reduction for children on request

  • Winter season:
    visitor's tax € 3.00 per person and day from the age of 16

  • Summer season:
    visitor's tax € 3.00 per person and day from the age of 16

  • Pets are not allowed

  • Parking spaces are located directly at the house

  • Silvretta Card - Summer 2024: Prices for the following age groups
    • 6.00 euros per night for adults (born in 2008 and older)
    • 3.00 euros per night for children (born between 2009 and 2016)
    • 0.00 euros for children (born in 2017 and younger)

  • Check-in: from 02:00 p.m

  • Check-out: until 09:30 a.m.

  • Payment methods: Cash, EC card

  • Please note that a reservation becomes effective only after a confirmation with deposit and cancellation conditions from our side.

  • For fixed reservations we ask for a deposit of 30 % of the booking price. You will receive the necessary bank details from us.

  • In the event of late arrival or early departure, we will charge 100 % of the room price from / until the agreed date.

  • Remaining payments are to be transferred 2 weeks before arrival.

  • The general terms and conditions for the hotel industry apply.

Cancellation conditions:

  • Up to 3 months before arrival you can cancel free of charge.

  • From 3 months to 1 month before arrival we charge 40 % of the room price.

  • From 1 month to 1 week prior to arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the travel price.

  • If you cancel within the last week, we will charge you 90 % of the travel price.
